  • Our process starts with a quick phone call to discuss the repair concern or remodel goal. Once we confirm availability, we will schedule an in-person consultation.

    At the in-person meeting, we will gather all information in order to get you an estimate, including the scope of work, timeline and budget. A tentative start date will also be solidified, the estimate can be signed and a deposit made for work to begin.

    For larger projects:
    - An action plan will be created for next steps
    - The layout and design plans will be finalized
    - Permits will be obtained
    - Material will be ordered and a final schedule and timeline can be determined based on material ETA

    During construction, we will keep you informed of the progress and any changes that may arise.

    Once all work is complete, we will walk you through the final results and ensure you aren’t left with any questions before final payment. Our goal is to develop a lasting relationship and hope to be your first call for any future work you may have.

  • While every repair or remodel project is different, our estimates and proposals include payment terms and methods.

    For larger remodels, we will typically ask for a down payment to cover initial material & labor. We also offer payments after each milestone is completed in order to ensure the project is going as planned and any questions are answered in a timely fashion.
